Galloway is the typical whistle blower.
The bureaucracy will destroy him if he threatens them enough.
None of us are perfect and most carry plenty of baggage.
It doesn’t mean we should not listen to what he says.
I am not pro Saddam or any other dictatorial leader.
But I do strongly object to the lies and the killings of the coalition.
One million died due to sanctions between 1991 and the invasion in 2003.
100 thousand + since --- most probably horribly understated.
The so called democratic West must be seen to be honest, just and fair – if we are, it may give us influence in other parts of the world.
I think it is time to forget what side we are on --- we must demand that the “free” world begins to behave with some sort of morals.
Otherwise we are no better than those we accuse – and if that continues I fear for our children.
