well...I must say I agree, but not from a technical perspective (I leave that to the experts)
Im thinking, more hoping really, that some of the "rumours" about PRR might actually be true, and that SEC was in fact waiting for the annual report to be tabled to international accounting standards, which they have now done!
Then the customary 2 week delay before we hear something???
