Lord Downer of Bagdad is a dangerous buffoon, a clown and a throwback to some old British imperial past. He shows no empathy for the loss of life and the destruction in Iraq. In terms of the war's stated objectives, he and our little piece of rubbish pm should produce an accurate report card of why we went to war there in the first place. His idea that democracy was the main objective is false and typical of the lies spun and spewing to cover for incompetence.
