I wonder if all the people in the amazon Jungle will be paid,or just the likes of Al Gore's companies planting trees to receive carbon credits.
There are trees everywhere,how will the individual owners collect,farmers and etc.
To me it seems like another banker's CDS scam.
Definitely open for scalping,crooked deals,extortion, but then again,that's why they do it.
