Re Consolidation and La Jolla: I hope that we can clear up a few seemed ambiguities re this.

Some seem to think that if we consolidate the INT share registry the benchmarks in the La Jolla agreement would remain the same, eg. conversion by La Jolla would still be at 3 cents per share maximum.

Please note well that the benchmarks all shift proportionately with a consolidation, eg. if we do a 1 for 20 consolidation the 3 cents per share max conversion goes to 60 cents per share.

Likewise the 0.2cents per share floor price goes to 4 cents per share etc.
