Fundamentally flawed before it even starts.

Perhaps we should introduce the moo moo cow tax next?

Coles and Woolworths can pay a tax each time they rip off the dairy farmers......and tax them again each time a cow farts .. just to cover all bases and reduce our carbon footprint of course.

I hear if you feed cows enough gold coins it slows their metabolism and the farting is reduced substancially.
