Actually with the Cap raising, the number of issued shares went up from 951,908,845 to 1,136,275,428
They only managed to raise 30% of the intended goal and the any shortfall may be placed within 3 months.
So as things stand at present, the recent capital raising only really increased the total shares issued by just over 19%
And just look at the market cap. Plenty of upside here!
