We are all in the same boat.
I do agree that we have been kept in the dark,but I believe that the reason is that our crew don't have a crystal clear picture either ( at least not yet )
The "deal" will most definitely be modified to reflect market conditions & the time factor.
I don't subscribe to the conspiracy theory that some sort of an agreement has been signed (this will be a major breach of continuous disclosure rules).
I also believe the 2 teams are working like mad to reach a simpler & quicker agreement .
Letting Mega gradually increase its stake in Uley for cash & hard work seems to be the most logical way forward.
All this activity in Uley is a sign of good will on the part of Mega ( among the preconditions of the deal are SER's SH approval & Mega's IPO or merger,none of which has been satisfied)
It is just too damn complicated & it should be made less so.
