Has anyone heard the saying buy in gloom, sell in boom?
How bad can the news be? New York and Istanbul both up and running. Has LUM ever been in that position before? Even if Disney doesn't sign there will be some advertisers take up the space, otherwise Durst will be mighty depressed and Clear Channel will make sure that doesn't happen. Istanbul reported to almost be sorted out also...
I have added to my position and am hoping that it won't be long before I am proven correct.
