If the government really gave a two bob care about cleaner energy they would actually try to make mahor differences at the ground level.

For example...make all new houses have solar panel installed.

Subsidise the cost and give larger cost cuts tyo users of slor thropugh the grid, and not give incentives then lower them every coupla months.

Why don't they?

We know why.

Then again, after the pink bat debacle, maybe best to keep them well clear of any initiatives.
