Volcano, I did my best to explain what Jason would bring to the company last week if you flick through the various URA threads.

Personally, I don't think the CCC culture will grow on URA. The two companies couldn't be more different; the only thing they have in common is JB, they work in Africa, and mine something. The similarities stop there. The URA payroll, I dare say, is probably only 10% the size of CCC's. Overhead fees are far lower, and we should be able to bank most of the operational margins as a profit.

So what does this all mean? Lory, all fair points, but I think you're being a bit harsh on the URA board there. I'll stick my hand up and say Jason deserves every penny he makes as a director because he puts his heart and soul into the job. Peter Landau 'might' be a different story, but we don't need to worry about that, because he isn't involved with URA. In otherwords, the wet sails on Conti are staying in Conti. As I said earlier, that 'culture' of feeding ones self before feedinh others shouldn't carry over to URA, simply because its only Jason coming over and not the whole CCC board.

RI uptake announcement out later today if I'm not mistaken. That will be interesting to see, but I don't think we have to worry about the underwriter running away because normally the market is informed of such actions when it happens, not in the RI uptake announcement. We should be okay here regardless.

I've been buying a little bit more this week. Not much, but its cheap at these prices and couldn't give up the chance.
