surprised too, but I suppose shouldn't be. Could be precursor to Ann re TH based on the various issues raised (yet to be qualified/quantified) with opportunity to raise Cap pre ANN at low price. But what abt Chinese Invsetor input couple of months ago. Too many unanswered questions being raised!
