Here are my thoughts, for some reason PRR has not participated in the bounce, one of the only stocks on my watchlist not to do so in some form......and it is very disappointing. That money would have better almost anywhere else the past couple of weeks. I wouldn't mind if there was interest and we were being capped but it simply appears to be lack of confidence in the stock.
Patience is waning.
