Get real now. We know that its a balance of probability thing and intent and white collar crime is difficult to prove. For Gods sake, look at the CDS fraud in the USA and there is a collective "its not me" nobody dun nuttin'.

So just to be helpful...what do you think would consist of something, other than incontrovertible photograph with someones hand in the till, that could be construed as evidence.
