Timetable
The Bidder’s Statement and Target Statement are both expected to be despatched to
Signature shareholders by late November 2011. The Offer is expected to close late in

...LRC had nearly 1.5 billion shares on issue at the time of takeover if my memory serves me correct however this is irrelevent once LION mop up many shares and directors contolling 200 to 300 million have accepted the 2 cent offer so i would think the end December to early January would be plenty of time for LION to take almost 90%..
...I think its great for SBL holders given the low price at market of late and IMO LT holders wont be sorry if they wait a little...Late December is still 2 months off...
