What jokers. Why don't they do a placement of 15% at say 32c and get shareholders to approve the placement after the fact? By asking shareholders to approve the CR in advance, they are reducing the price at which they can raise. By the time they get the CR approved, the share price may have been reduced to 30c in which case they will only be able to raise at a lower price of 27-28c.
It is also sending mixed signals about what happens to the Hanlong offer.
