RR with all due respect I think you are a loony. I remember reading your posts on ii about this time last yr and then we went up to 24p. So you know what? You reappearing again has all of a sudden given me a good feeling. With that thought I can sleep peacefully now. I have really anxious over the few days and was feeling sleepless tonight but then it hit me all of a sudden where I've read your posts before and I remembered you giving an explanation on ii last year about your pseudonym. If I remember correctly you are a Russian now living in Australia therefore the Nick Russian Roolet and I guess you are an estate agent hence the let at the end. Yep, I remember your deramps from last year. Folks I would suggest it is a good sign RR reappearing on the BB's. I am upgrading my sentiment from hold to a strong buy.
