Brickwalls, ADO's patent lawyers are Freehills; I think I recall Geoff telling me the particular patent lawyer has a background in microbiology. ADO's selecting someone with that kind of in depth knowledge of the subject matter impressed me, as did my visit to the laboratory last July.

A consistent theme expressed by posters on this site over the last few months at least, is that the potential for ADO in the immunoassay field has widened substantially, where at least one or two the prospective companies would look to apply Mix'n'Go across their range of diagnostic tools. The result is that considerably greater effort (and therefore time)needs to be spent by those companies for them to be sure of such a decision. I agree with that sentiment.
