Hard to see why a company would prefer a capital raising @ about 30c to a potential T/O offer of 61c. Maybe they're trying to put pressure on Hanlong to make a T/O offer prior to the meeting?
As to people selling, shareholders have been given notice of a potential capital raising. Nothing like a CR to give incentive to sell.
