Add my 2m. I'll comment more fully when I've had time to lower my blood pressure and reflect more calmly, but here are my initial thoughts:

Management has presided over a SP decline from 4.6 cents per share and now expects long term shareholders to rejoice at being offered less than half that - because the insulting offer is better than the abysmal lows of recent weeks.

And how did we get to such lows? Because management repeatedly diluted the stock at discount prices, rather than focusing on getting into production and using the proceeds to build the resource base slowly but surely through exploration.

One question, management: how can you "unanimously recommend" this takeover when less than a year ago, before it was even in production, the company was valued at more than twice this? That's like whipping a thoroughbred to death and then announcing triumphantly that you've sold its skin for a premium!

I'm mad as hell and would support an extraordinary meeting to replace this board.
