OK my kids are off to bed so lets chime in on this one.

Now once you get off the floor and back in your seats hear why I have to "agree" with Z here.

Look, he'll never admit it but it really doesn't matter what the trading "FACTS" say. At the end of the day this comes down to (in theory) what a court of law would say.

The problem with expecting these findings to get someone in real trouble or even to get any money out of them lies in one small fact. If we presume that this "manipulation" was occurring for the sole reason of driving the price of CDU down for a low ball takeover bid, until it happens, it doesn't mean squat! Do you see what I mean here? The actual "crime" here doesn't occur until a takeover bid is lodged. THEN you have a case. Until then any lawyer would laugh "us" out the room. Who cares if a company buys and sells shares for no apparent reason for 2 years LOL. They'd just say we have a bunch of morons working for us and they didn't know any better. Sure if it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck blah blah blah. Even Z would admit he wouldn't have a chance and winning this argument OUT of court but he knows that "in" court he's OK and that's why he keeps saying "show me the money!". He knows we can't and I can see his sheepish grin through my screen LOL. Yes this share has (for my lawyers) "most likely" been manipulated! But until we know WHY, or unless someone has a tape of the phone call from XYZ company to the broker asking to keep the price in check until they pounce (my scenario), a 12 year old could argue against us. No offence Z.

OK what's the silver lining? Let me tell you that if this document can now put up enough of a wall to deter a potential take over bid from let's say someone involved in any sort of trading of CDU in the last 2 years, then we are laughing and it is worth it's weight in GOLD (or copper). Like I said it's only a crime when you finish the job. I can imagine there may very well be someone just a little perturbed over any sort of light being cast on this stock right now, and for that I thank my friend down South! Nobody in their right mind thought anyone would be able to put that document together. Oh and by the way Z you may just have more to read soon :-)
