My point is very simple.

You muse that this so called capping is so that an outfit can takeover CDU cheaply. Ok interesting theory.

The next step is to put that theory to the test.

After the JORC was announced, some 135 million shares traded within a short timeframe. Surely an outfit hell bent on buying CDU would have used that opportunity to pick up a decent holding for themselves? Thats a heck of a lot of shares sold by real holders, but none ended up with this mythical takeover outfit.

Sorry but the trading facts completely disprove your theory.

For 5 years, these takeover artists have been stalking but they have yet to acquire any noticeable holding?

The facts show that your theory is nothing but a fairytale.
