What do you make of Morgan Stanley becoming a substantial shareholder?

I see they were an adviser to Petrochina on its 2010 $4.3bn joint aquisition of Arrow Energy with Shell. Indeed they won an award for this.

These aquisitions could all be arbitrading but it has certainly been an interesting week especially with Water Capital also going past 5%.

Let's hope it means something BIG. Time will tell.
