Even if ASIC doesn't take action straight away at least we have gotten their attention so they might start to monitor events from here on in. So that can't be a bad thing?

Like you said I don't want the sp to down, I am really interested to see if infiniti are going to use their holdings to cap the sp? Saw a bit if this going on in Friday's trade.

P.S respect to your posts too, we are all on the same side so if we can work collectively the better the outcome IMO
