    ...You may well be right about LION being unable to buy online or on market...
    ...This was my thoughts i left it open to suggestion...i am unsure about the workings of how LION are allowed to go about aquiring SBL stock in a takeover situation...
    ...I didnt follow how KCN aquired LRC stock but i know they aquired 70% in total....
