Need to put everything into perspective.
NMDC offered 19mil for 50% of a company currently worth 8.08mil. They weren't going to pay half of $112mil and then pay 70% of the development cost. Would it be better if they did pay half and then we raise 50% of 1.3bn?
As for the article it is directly quoting NMDC Director of finance S Thiagarajan and is being re published via other media outlets.
