With regard to FMS making an announcement that a TO offer has been made, it appears that they already have 3 weeks ago in the 2011 Financial Report;

“The focus of these negotiations includes options for direct involvement with any level of the project (financing, construction, mining, rail, ore train supply, wharf infrastructure etc) through to direct equity interest in Flinders Mines itself.

And due to the following which is also in the 2011 Financial Report, I expect to hear very little more detail until a deal is finalised;

“The Company also put in place confidentiality agreements with a range of potential strategic partners both on a domestic and international basis.”
