PP I guess s/t sp will need to balance out the dilution with nmdc on board and the positives having that rio type on board. Personally I think this dilution has already been factored into sp but funny things can happen.
Once a debt facility is introduced the mc should rocket towards that figure. I suspect the rumors of 1.3bill would come in tranches but would love to see say 250mill being approved with the announcement Tues as a carrot. I suspect nmdc will guarantor the debt for a fee say 100-200 points on top of the nominal rate they can achieve.
If you want in at these prices I think you will get your chance but will also need to be quick esp if a carrot 'debt facility' is presented.
