I take mid October to mean 10-20 of October. They did say it was subject to change however it should only change if there is another delay in the process. Shareholders have waited long enough and further delays will put downward pressure on the SP.
They original said 'coming weeks' only to mean coming months. If they don't release information this week (or certainly before the end of the months) people will start to put their money elsewhere.
I am in again having sold and re entered at a lower price so I too would like to see the company stick to their timetable and the SP to appreciate.
Should I "keep it real" by discussing China's demand for coal and takeover talk...?
