Not sure why the other $1M subscription from earlier (September) is now not proceeding - presumably the terms were less favourable, otherwise I might have thought it would be a case of still running with that cash as well.

OK - it looks like it's back to business as usual (= mental toughness) ahead. I sure hope we come up with something soon to replace the shareholders from continuing to be called upon for heavy lifting.
