Hi Slips,

I tried to ring 3 times last week to reach Peter Landau but just got the answering machine.

I believe Peter Landau was in London last week. Not sure about this week.

Then again I am sure that the word imminent is going to be used anyway.

Last time that I did manage to speak to Landau his tone did not sound as confident so I took it as indication that there is no JV in the short term...or that the interested JV partner is not offering a deal that is good enough.
