Let me assure you I do what any share holder has the right to do and that is to speak to JH directly and express any concerns I may have, and that has been many, many times. !!

I have always found him to be a very approachable person and very frank and candid as to what CTP has done and where it is going.

I think you need to remember that JH is but one person on the board and that he has to obtain approval from the board to make important strategic and financial decisions.

I agree that he is the public face of the company and that every one (most) assume that he has total control over the company decisions, that is clearly not correct.

Has he done an excellent job, I really dont know. Has he done the best he can I suspect he has.

Is that "best" enough for the future directions of the company, I cannot comment as I do not know enough about the mans skills and atrributes, but I do know that he is smart enough to realise that when he reaches his "peter principle level" that he would be one of the first to address that by making the right decisions.
