I did originally think they could have opened it with a different paragraph for Point 1 & highlight more positive points on the front page but it isn't as bad as the last one I suppose but still much room for improvement! Anyway, nothing will alter that now so will focus on the future.

Noticed the comment that results are being submitted as a 'late breaking abstract to the 2011 Annual Scientific meeting of American College of Rheumatology'
