directors want more money

Just read the agenda for the up comming agm. Aparently the directors want the ability to pay themselves and extra $150,000 per year. It seems they want to do so because some other companies have the ability to pay this amount. Sorry but that is not a good enough reason. If you are performing, maybe, but you are NOT. These owe me $1 a share, I cant aford to buy in again now that they are cheap. Please have some regard for the joe blow man in the street and vote no to this.How can they want more when I have so much less.
