I've always noticed Blue when the whole world is divided on the direction of markets i.e vehement bears vs a few just as vehement bulls it usually doesn't hang around making it's mind up for a long time , it usually breaks decisively one way or another . So the next few weeks ,maybe days should prove enlightening
