Hi. The title of this thread is "RRS Manipulation". It refers directly to the Donnybrook project.
This drilling programme was planned during 2004. A primary factor in delay was obtaining the landholders permission to go ahead. With exploration licenses running out at the end of the financial year, it was a battle against time.
Negotiations seem settled with only a few weeks to spare.
I'm unsure where "manipulation" applies here?
