Done, I will let you know what response I get from the brief email I just sent to them.

I sent this rather quickly so may have some minor errors, but enough to give the idea of what is occurring.

I have nothing to gain from this but I really get p'd off when I believe shareholders may be getting shafted.

If it is all above board then let the company disclose all.

A situation has arisen that is almost certainly involving insider trading and now an opportunistic takeover offer for Signature Metals (ASX:SBL).

Only a few weeks ago an "investor" was announced to place $5.29m with SBL (333,333,333 shares at 1.5c) as a cornerstone investor. This company "Infiniti" is based in the Cayman Islands and the 2 board members assigned as a part of the deal from Singapore.

The takeover offer, just received last week, is a Singapore based company "Lion Gold". it is a 1:34 share offer for 1 Lion Gold share for every 34 SBL. The share has had highly suspect trading down to as low as 1.2c and was held at 1.3c despite many times attempting to go higher.

SBL has been extremely limited in what they have released to the market in the last 6 months. The latest is contrary to all the company did state.

I am sending you this on behalf of the many shareholders on the forum Hotcopper, of whom are clearly disgruntled and feel that something is abhorrently wrong with this offer, now recommended by the board.

These shareholders are now arranging to get together to call an EGM, providing the have the required collective shareholding. Of what is believed to be at least 5% of the total shares on issue.

Any information you could provide would be of great assistance.
