"The Company had hoped that the negotiations would have been finalised in a timely manner but unfortunately those negotiations have been prolonged and combined with the effect of continuing uncertainty in global financial markets, the Company remains in suspension."
So, nothing will happen until negotiations are finalised, or there is more certainty in global financial markets. Actually, I think there is a lot of certainty in the markets - just not the sort of certainty that would cause CDU to relist. Using the fact that they don't like the markets is a new one to me. Never seen it as a reason given to the ASX for suspension, that's for sure!
I think they should change their home page too, to "CuDECO is proudly suspended from the ASX."
