I've learn't the hard way in the past believe me Pisces, now i just sit and wait for the trade setup to come to me.

Its better to make 1 or 2 good trades now and then than overtrading where you swing back and forth between losses and wins and essentially lose your focus and end up no better for it i find.

Your post to BD about confidence is very valid and is exactly what BD needs to find again. I think the only way is to sit out of the market for a while and papertrade and develop a positive confident mindset and methodology again.

very easy to be confident when u have a buffer of winning trades behind you but if you are coming at the market from a position of loss psychologically u are at a disadvantage and u need to try distance yourself from that.

You have to get the sense of missing out eradicated from your thinking because you never miss out, there are always more opportunities around the corner. Usually better ones.

Its all a learning curve though and you really do discover the real you i think.
