Happy I think this is an annual statement and he has increased his holding over the year ('Acquisition of 4.5m fpo's in Dec 2010) but sold 2.5m more recently in smaller batches including 6 and 7 Oct by 'disposal' of 1.225m shares between those 2 days (not sure if on-market trades or not, doesn't specifically say it, all sells say only 'disposal').

I think over the year his voting power went from 8. 42% to 9.02%.
