It is a fact that Lumacom are negotiating with the advertisers themselves, this is what Wally told me when I rang. I am not exactly sure of Clear Channel's role at the moment, I think they are playing more of an introductory role. If you are going to keep insisting that Clear Channel are doing the negotiating on here then ask yourself what is Sala doing over there, or more simply pick up the phone and ask Wally. Then again maybe you would have to ring STD and cant afford the phone call......
