Unfortunately, I have serious doubts on there time frames to deliver the next stages. They again seem have an element of wishful thinking and funding shortages to overcome.
The floating harbor proposal needs to be de-risked before funding of $300m comes their way, or we will suffer dilution at a less than attractive cap raising price.
Do other share the technical risk in the floating harbor solution?
I've been on this story for a couple of years now, been a painful and long ride. Upside is the medium term looks rosy and should be a nice Xmas.
