The Directors have given themselves 3 months to sort the shortfall. There will not be an Appendix 3 for the shortfall until they are placed. What we don't know is if they will try and place them all at once or drip feed over the coming 3 months.

Yes, until the placement is finalised there will more than likely be a cap on the SP at around 0.006

From the rights issue closed ann. 30 Sept 2011:
"The Directors have received considerable interest from parties regarding subscriptions for New Shares from the shortfall and are confident there will be a significant take-up of New hares from the shortfall in the 3 months following the close of the offer."
