Not sure if I can agree with the feeling re Dioro. It was not so clear at the time what Avoca would do in the end after the final RMS offer - But they would have learned a bit from that exercise and are battle hardend now. Don't think it ill be just a merger of some kind.
What I do not like now is the put options they took out at that low price. That bothers me a bit.
