re: Ann: BRR Webcast - Bass Strait Oil Prepar... Pickawinna - you are correct on a reading of the words: it appears to be an error in the expression, since the usual standard is a drop of 10% or more.
However it is only academic now as the underwriter has settled and paid for the shortfall. Of more concern is where such a large block has gone and whether they are hanging over the market.
BAS may like to make a statement on it as they will know from the share registry transfers, and of course can always ask the underwriter whether they have placed the shares.
