Ok, so how did the carbon tax pass if there was no majority?
"They would be processed off shore if Tony would allow off shore processing."
So if Tony couldn't stop the carbon tax, how come he is somehow in a position now to stop the offshore processing?
I just find it strange that the Government all of a sudden cannot pass legislation. They did last week, despite vehement opposition. So what's the difference?
