Bossdog, your views are well supported by myself and many people I speak with. At the end of the day no matter how much you argue about wages, employee relations, etc.., unions can hold companies back from being successful businesses. Wages rises, employee bonus and improved working conditions come with improving the bottom line for the company... Which is not happening atm.
Union leaders could be jeopardizing their members employment if things continue like this.
