Bitzer, you are correct in what you have observed here, but the amount of times I have seen small caps like this outperform is quite often regardless of who might think they can pick up those shares at that price.
It is most likely to be an investor trying to manipulate the market in their own favour in order to get themselves a better position. Just be patient and i'm positive we will all see this one perform, don't get scared with the rest of them. I call them sheep. I still hold strong confidence in this one, patience is a virtue.
