    NGG would rather 10% of crater mountain than 30mill shares in GOA.Byron Chan,the new mining minister in PNG is not signing off on the deal.(is he a shareholder of NGG??).Goa have not released a significant ann since July and i do not expect them to until they have that extra 10% of crater.There is a power play...NGG state and i quote "the original deal lapsed thru no fault of the company.We remain very excited about the Crater Mt.region..." Am i close to the truth or do i have it all wrong? Just a hunch...
