This is the most inciteful report I have read of where things are up to right now.
What we can see is that the process is vigorous especially with all the political heat but what can be learned that the pre operating license will be granted and they will monitor the waste at this time to ensure that the waste is sighing international guidelines as lynas states in it's application and as backed up by experts. There is no other way to do this so the license will be granted.
This all takes time but it will happen whilst in the mean time the speculators will continue their games but the time will come where it becomes apparent that the license will be issued and then watch the share price rise.
Patience is all that's required here.
